Maastricht programme: courses are taken at Maastricht University. There are a limited number of places and a selection will take place during the first week of the academic year. Students who are selected will be exempt from following the course on Legal Terminology (B2), Institutional Law (B2), Material European Law (B3) and one course in Legal Language (B3).

In block 3, students selected for the Maastricht programme do not have to take the European substantive law course and are exempted from choosing a course of law in a foreign language.

The Faculty gives students taking the Language and Mobility option the possibility of carrying out the final year of their Bachelor in Law at the University of Ghent, as part of an Erasmus Belgica agreement. The number of places is limited, and a selection procedure takes place at the start of the second year during the first week of the academic year. Students who are selected must follow the Legal Terminology and Text Analysis course in Dutch.

Notice : the jury can grant an exception for a change in option during the bachelor's degree; in this case, the bachelor's degree in law is issued with no option.
