Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of this teaching unit, students will be able to...

  • highlight the collegial, collaborative, organisational and ethical aspects of the teaching profession;
  • understand the collective responsibilities within school;
  • identify the internal and external stakeholders involved with the pupils;
  • develop a reflective, professional and collective approach.

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

There are no prerequisites or corequisites for this teaching unit.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course will alternate between:

  • theoretical input and legal frameworks;
  • analysis of complex cases;
  • fieldwork (internship);
  • reflective feedback and professional anchoring.
 


Students will be invited to:

  • analyse complex situations (in the form of case studies):
  • reflect on the collegial dimension of the profession.
