Course contents :

| Introduction to work & organizational psychology with basic concepts, methods and some actual research topics. Among them : motivation, competence, selection & recruitment, work conditions, flexibility and new technologies impact on work, stress at work and age management. | ||

| Bring the students to develop a scientific process in the study of the relations between man and work. Introduce the fields of practices of Human Resource Development and Ergonomics |
