| Basic essentials of Belgian business law. Advanced analysis of business law will allow students to follow a complimentary course in this subject. | |

| 1st session assessment : written examination on the whole course with a compulsory oral exam for students obtaining a mark between 7.5 and 11.5 The student will bring a Code and the legal texts handed out in class. personal annotations, index and cross references are authorized as long as they are no reproduction of the course notes.
