The internship may also be undertaken in an industrial setting, in a hospital pharmacy (MSTG4001-1), or in a community pharmacy/practical pharmacy setting (MSTG9082-1).

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

The internship will culminate in the preparation of a research dissertation/thesis in English (unless a justified exception is granted), which will be defended publicly.

The objectives of this internship are to provide students with a practical understanding of the realities involved in conducting a research project.

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Knowledge and competencies acquired during previous semesters, particularly in the discipline that will be the subject of the internship.

This internship requires strong organizational skills, scientific rigor, autonomy, curiosity, critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Good oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning are highly valued.
