The raise students' awareness of the main methodological aspects of leading a work group. 4. To acquire personal experience of joining a small group in a "training laboratory" situation. 5. To put the professional opportunities posed by group dynamics into perspective. 6. To develop a critical approach to group dynamics, its theories and practices
