Learning unit contents
- The different quantitative and qualitative methods of diagnostic of psychosocial risks and associated damage (stress, burnout, etc.)
- The different types of interventions in prevention and management of psychosocial risks and job stress. Focus on proximity management (primary prevention), focus on the issue of work retention and return to work after absence due to burnout (secondary and tertiary prevention).
- To learn a method for assessing psychosocial risks and job stress : the WOCCQ methodology
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
-To be able to use the Woccq method (collective diagnostic tool for psychosocial risks and stress)
- On the basis of case analyzes, identify and analyze the individual, organizational, group and task / activity components generating suffering at work
- To be able to consider a plan of action and relevant interventions based on an organizational diagnosis or clinical cases
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
A part of this course will be used for learning the 'WOCCQ' methodology for psychosocial diagnosis through e-learning. Based on a specific organizational context, to propose a relevant plan of actions to the problems identified through a collective diagnosis and individual situations
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning)
The course will include a part for traditional lessons.
Attend to the classes is required.
The other part will include the e-learning part (+/- 20 working hours).
