How to analyze survey statistical data, in particular the European Social Survey using information technologie, how to interpret the statistical results?

Knowledge of statistical tools applied to statistical analysis in the social sciences Ability to use the GMP (SAS) software applied to European Social Survey data
Ability to use the EXCEL software applied to European Social Survey data
and
Ability to use the online statistical analysis software applied to European Social Survey data (Specially the one for ESS).
