This course present the diffrent steps of the project management and the maner to manage the projects.
We will study Human Resourcs projects.
We will study the organisational conditions and impacts. We will present the importance of processus, of Human Resource and sof tskills.

To know the rules of the project creation and project management
To analyze case studies and to evaluate the critical points
To define the steps of the project creation and project management in specific situations and contexts
