Job interview practice
The course is an approach to the practice of job interview. The different stages of a recruitment process will be taught. Tools related to the process will be co-constructed and then worked together with the contribution of the expertise of the teacher

The objective is to :
- know how to analyze a recruitment need,
- define an action plan,
- adopt the right candidate sourcing strategies,
- analyze the applications,
- define and use tools related to recruitment to establish an estimate
- finalize the analysis to write recommendations for the recruitment decision

To have been confronted with a recruitment process either from the candidate's point of view or from the company's point of view

The pedagogical resources implemented as part of this training program will be at the same time of order of theoretical and practical contributions by scenarios. Through his experience, the trainer will promote the exchange of good practices to facilitate the appropriation of the content by the participants.

The evaluation consists in processing and writing a practical case built by the professor on the basis of a business context confronted with a recruitment need. The frame of an action plan is proposed to structure the analysis work. It is addressed to the teacher who notes the report. The report is noted on 10 points on the content and the respect of the different items of the action plan; on 5 points on the relevance of the analyzes and the documentary research carried out and on 5 points as to the form of the presentation rendered.
