Learning unit contents
Study of the concept of "counselling" within the framework of the current practice of clinical psychology:
- The course will deepen some specific aspects of the complexity of relational dynamics that develop between the clinical psychologist and his/her patients, such as: characteristics and specific issues of the clinical relationship, motivations and "functions" of the clinical psychologist. The course will use the works of C. Rogers, S. Freud and other contemporary psychologists.
- The course will develop examples of clinical practice in various areas and settings (adoption of children, help to people in jail, help to people in hospitals...)
- Meeting a clinicial professionnal

Initiation to current clinical psychology, in particular to the relational dimension of clinical practice, through:
1) a theoretical approach
2) the presentation of some specific practical aspects of the work of the clinical psychologist.
