Learning unit contents

- Policy about well-being at work, including policy about violence, moral and sexual harassment in the workplace
- Internal and external services for well-being and stress prevention
- Concepts and theoretical models related to the well-being (eg, occupational stress, psychosocial risks, burnout, job engagement, ...).
- Methodological aspects and assessments of psychosocial risks
- Focus on different themes such as safety, work-family conciliation, moral harassment, burnout, ...

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

- To be able to use the Belgian policy about well-being at work, the constraints for the employer, the internal and external structures of the organization that have to deal with this topic
- To know the concepts of well-being at work and the tools of risks assessment.
- To train the students to criticize for different interventions proposed to the organizations.
