Organization of the logistics in a company (small training course in a company) Output organization and management Stock management Distribution process Traceability : theory, standards and practical test
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
-To make the students aware of the problem of the Supply chain management concept and its importance in the food industry. -To initiate into the different methods of flow management -To deepen the knowledge of traceability After completing the course the student is expected to - integrate the different theoretical and practical aspects of the supply chain management problems in the sector of farm-produce industries - voice a critical opinion about the different methods of flow management - master the basic knowledge for the set-up of a traceability system
