9. Consultancy and the demands of professionalism.
10. Ethical problems posed by consultancy.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
1. To understand the conceptual and epistemological framework relating to change and its goals. 2. To acquire the theoretical foundations which enable students to decode the main processes of consultancy and psychosociological intervention 3. To acquire the methodological and technical foundations which enable students to carry out the main consultancy processes and psychosociological intervention 4. To raise students' awareness of contemporary issues in organisations and the role that consultancy plays in organisational psychology. 5. To put the professional opportunities of organisational psychology consultancy into perspective. 6. To develop a critical approach to consultancy and organisational psychology, as well as the theories and practices connected with it.

Assessment methods and criteria :
A real, but "anonymised" case study will be given to students several months before the exam. In groups, students will analyse the problems presented by the case study, then will elaborate and document a proposal for intervention.
  This proposal will be presented by the student and evaluated during April; the score is 30% of the final note. After this first proposal, a feedback will be given to the student with some ideas of improvement  for the final presentation; the final examination is the defense of the proposal for intervention.
