| Course contents : | - Study of some grammar chapters: the construction of the complex sentence and the main introductory words for the subordinate clauses. - Study of the vocabulary & oral discussion based on articles from Forum bij de krantenkiosk. - Presentation of dialogs and study of the vocabulary of Tip Top voor het zakenleven through listening comprehension exercises. - Other listening comprehension exercises (VRT, TV1, etc.). - Grammar exercises, translation & vocabulary exercises. | ||||||||

| Course objective : | Development and improvement of the 4 language skills (reading, listening, writing, speaking) in order to reach a good mastery of everyday Dutch. Initiation to Business Dutch. | ||||||||

| Prerequisites : | LANG 550 and LANG 555: Knowledge of everyday Dutch. | ||||||||

| Organization : | 2 hours each week during the whole year. 1 hour for exercises (grammatical and vocabulary exercises) all uneven weeks (starting from the third week). 1 hour for tutoring, oral exercises, listening comprehension exercises all even weeks. Conversation club (1 hour each week - possibility of taking part in a linguistic exchange) | ||||||||
