Programme content

Climate, economic, technological, and societal transitions are profoundly transforming organizations and societies.

The Master in Global Transition and Sustainability Management, fully taught in English, aims to train graduates capable of understanding, analyzing, and leading these transformations in complex and uncertain environments.

This independent, thematic, and interdisciplinary program aligns with the mission of HEC Liège: to develop talents capable of generating strong societal impact and acting at the heart of major transformations.

Objectives

In response to the profound changes affecting organizations and territories, the program develops a dual expertise:

  • A scientific and systemic understanding of transition dynamics 
  • Managerial capabilities to design and implement transformation strategies.

The master's program is built on an interdisciplinary approach, integrating economics and management, environmental sciences, social sciences, as well as strategic and leadership tools.
