Learning unit contents
As part of your long-term teaching placement, you will be expected to draw on and put into practice the concepts and tools addressed in the various course units focusing on learner heterogeneity and differentiated instruction.
A first session, held during the teaching placement (the 22nd of february), will provide an opportunity to start from a concrete situation encountered in the field and to design and prepare a differentiated teaching activity or sequence. This activity or sequence will be developed with due consideration of learners' needs, prior knowledge and skills, and individual profiles, and will then be implemented as part of the teaching placement.
A second session, held at the end of the teaching placement (the 10th of may), will focus on analysing the outcomes and reflecting on the intervention carried out. You will examine the effects of your pedagogical choices, identify successes and difficulties encountered, and, where appropriate, consider possible adjustments and areas for improvement.
This course unit aims to foster the development of your reflective practice and support you in progressively refining your professional practices by closely linking field experience, practice analysis and theoretical training.
