Learning unit contents
During DS partim II, lectures and practical exercises will continue to explore the issues raised during DS partim I and will address the following questions:
How can we assess the suitability of skills-based learning in biological sciences for students? How can we establish contacts and exchanges with stakeholders close to the school environment who can help students and teachers in their professional practice?
How can teachers broaden their training to develop their profession? How should science teachers approach school trips with science students? How can teachers engage in continuing professional development?
How can teachers develop a specific methodology for teaching science to technical and professional audiences? How can teachers conduct experiments with students and make effective use of ICT? How should teachers assess students' learning outcomes in biology?
How can we educate responsible citizens? How can we approach EVRAS and QSV (socially sensitive issues)?
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
