Develop a critical view of dyslexia theories and current knowledge regarding adult dyslexia and its assessment and more generally how to help dyslexics.

Course partly in ex-cathedra form and partly in the form of discussion seminars based on critical presentations by students of scientific articles and/or book chapters dealing with the themes mentioned in the course content section.

Work placement(s)
This course is closely linked to the 60-hour internship consisting of setting up an intervention with a teenager or adult who is a poor reader, dyslexic or not (to be determined via the process of evaluation and response to the intervention) and evaluating its effectiveness by establishing appropriate baselines.
