Learning unit contents
The seminar offers training in scientific research. It addresses the concrete aspects related to the development of a scientific work: compilation and critical evaluation of the bibliography, gathering and study of ancient sources (literary texts, inscriptions, papyrus...), development of the work plan, final drafting.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The seminar includes:
1. participation equivalent to 5 half-days in scientific meetings or training seminars in research both within the institution and externally, with a written report for each of the events.
2. the development of personal research activities, for example:
- the production of a specific written work on a topic related or not related to the field of TFÉ, which can take the form of a presentation or a scientific article.
- the writing of reviews with a view to possible publication.
- participation in research projects within the Department.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Skills acquired in the Bachelor.

The seminar is under the supervision of the thesis supervisor.
