Learning unit contents
The aim of this module is to provide practical training in the techniques of
emergency planning. The planned courses will cover the various
dimensions:
- drafting emergency plans, between legal obligations and the intrinsic

how to develop an emergency planning process at local level.

- Notion of crisis management: principles of group dynamics,
decision-making in a crisis situation, etc.
- Organisation and coordination of the PUH (hospital emergency plan)

Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The aim of these courses is to provide practical tools and concrete

Students will be assessed on their participation in the exercise.
The assessment will focus on their ability to use the knowledge acquired during the

Group: students will be divided into small groups and each small group will be assessed on its participation in the exercise.
Each small group will be assessed on its participation in the simulation exercise. This
makes sense, because in a real crisis situation, crisis managers must
need to develop the ability to work in a group and to demonstrate collective
