Le Département de Mathématique souhaite former des mathématicien·ne·s possédant des connaissances scientifiques solides reposant sur un programme couvrant un large spectre des disciplines mathématiques. Le Département souhaite développer des esprits curieux, indépendants, désireux de comprendre le comment et le pourquoi, capables d'esprit critique, de rigueur et de précision.
