Learning unit contents
This course is an introduction to the Psychology of Work and Organizations. Organized into 3 main components (individual, group and organization), this course addresses themes such as attitudes and emotions at work, motivation at work, organizational justice, productive and counterproductive behaviors at work, structure and group processes, group behaviors, teamwork, interpersonal communication, leadership, organizational culture and organizational change.

To acquire the theoretical foundations required for decoding the main psychological, individual and collective phenomena in a work context.
