Learning unit contents
This course will offer an introduction to the specific legal regime accompanying the private enforcement of EU competition law, and more particularly of Articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union. Taught in seminar format, students will be introduced to the general framework of private enforcement, the specifics of Directive 2014/104 and the role of private enforcement in digital markets and under the Digital Markets Act.
In 2023-2024, this10h seminar will largely be taught by professor Milosz Malaga of the Adam Micikewicz University in Poznan, Poland, within the context of an Erasmus + mobility exchange.
