Learning outcomes of the learning unit
To train students in the integration and management of projects involving technological and pedagogical innovations.
Learners will be able to :
- Analyze a techno-pedagogical device or an e-project using systemic analysis in its structural and functional aspects
- Appropriate different models to characterize and analyze training systems in terms of innovation
- Connect an e-project with one or more models of digital integration in a training / professional context in order to (1) situate the project in its relationship with different systemic levels that allow us to imagine its insertion in a larger system, (2) situate oneself, based on a cartography of the actors of the project and their roles, as an actor intervening in the situation, (3) describe the steps of a project, (4) plan the steps and tasks related to the implementation of a project (training device), (5) identify the facets of a techno-educational device (targeted skills, methods, resources, evaluation, organizational aspects, constraints, etc.) and (6) consider regulations to optimize results
- Analyze an implementation process of a techno-pedagogical innovation integrating various actors (human and non-human actors)
- Identify the digital tools adapted to the implementation of a specific device
- Mobilize different theoretical models in order to analyze a techno-pedagogical innovation and manage change in this context
- Provide examples of innovative training methods/devices and argue for them
- Analyze his professional/field practices by using reflection tools to formalize his learning and professional development
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
It is advisable, but not mandatory, to have completed the Introduction to Digital Technologies Uses in Education (formerly ICTE) course to take this course.

The evaluation focuses on the analysis of an innovative project chosen by the learner. This can be done individually or in pairs.
Expectations of the teacher: active, critical-minded students, able to learn different techniques and make links with other courses they have taken.
