Learning outcomes of the learning unit
This course is intended to improve knowledge of Spanish morphology and syntax and to develop the communicative ability gained during the first year course. At the end of the course students should be able to apply and to explain grammar rules, and their ability to communicate should reach level C1 according to the common European framework of reference.

Mastery of elementary morphology and syntax and basic vocabulary. The diploma or certificate from the Spanish Language I course is thus required.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The Spanish II course is divided as follows: one hour of theory (flipped clasroom method) and two hours of "practical work" in small groups. Part of the work corresponding to the TP will be do at home. These three hours are required. One additional hour (reinforcement) is organized. It is optional but highly recommended.
Practice of the language and grammar is compulsory. Translation and written exercises and active participation in class.
TI students should only follow the theory course.

The score of this test will be taken into account for calculating the final score , except for those students who have not passed the exam (see below).
May-June: written and oral exam required.
Only students who have obtained a rating of or greater than 7/20 may present the oral examination.
A list of students admitted to the oral exam in June will be published after the correction of the written test.
