Changes caused by globalisation affected workforce and labor market. How do companies go to European or global nationally fit into this new organizational and economic landscape? Which change and challenges for HRM policies ?
- Globalization and its impact on corporate life (outsourcing, offshoring)
- Mobility of labor
- Co-habitation of different models of HRM (north america, asia, africa)
- Role of the hierarchy in different national contexts
- Equality / discrimination in different countries
- Globalization and trade unions
- Sustainable development and CSR globally

A priori face-to-face but we will see depending on the evolution of COVID scenarios, which can lead either to split the class (lessons every other week), or to spend the entire course remotely. We are waiting for instructions from the university some home preparations (read text and watch video before class)
