Units courses prerequisite and corequisite

Prerequisite or corequisite units are presented within each program

Learning unit contents

The course begins with a theoretical overview of the dynamics involved in the foundation, evolution and dissolution of family ties.
It then reviews methods for assessing the functioning of families and couples, with their advantages and limitations.
Finally, a clinical chapter raises participants' awareness of the principles of intervention in complex systems, including notions of strategic approaches, communication enhancement techniques and basic couple therapy.

Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)

The theoretical components of the teaching will, as far as possible, be delivered in the form of videos or podcasts that can be consulted on the e-campus platform. In the hope that health constraints allow it, in-class activities will also be devoted to clinical exercises and integration of knowledge.

Organisational adjustments related to the current health context

Recommended or required readings

Powerpoint supports are provided with all the useful references

Assessment methods and criteria

Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.
