Learning unit contents

This remedial grammar course (in-class evening course) has the aim of revising the basic grammatical structures.

Grammar consolidation (level A2- B1+)

In-class activities:
- 1 hour/week (2 hours/week Q2): theory + exercises
- Socrative tests on a regular basis

Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)

In-class sessions (depending on the evolution of the health crisis)

Organisational adjustments related to the current health context

If the sanitary situation deteriorates and depending on the resulting restrictions, the course workshops will be replaced by online sessions (on Lifesize or Collaborate). Exercises and keys will also be posted on eCampus.  The exams (the written test in January and the written exam in June) will be done on eCampus if the sanitary situation does not allow for face-to-face evaluation. The students will be informed in due time of any changes in the way the course is taught and assessed (on eCampus and by email).

Assessment methods and criteria

Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.

Additional information:

A dispensatory test is held on Wednesday, September 23 from 04.00 to 06.00 pm (rooms C26+R30 / B6d) 


A non-penalising mid-term test will be held in January.

A final written exam (MCQ) will take place during the June exam session.
