Software used : Windows 10 and Excel 2016.
This training is organized through e-learning, over the first semester.
Organisational adjustments related to the current health context
In the event of a red code, the face-to-face sessions would be replaced by videos made available on LOl@ in accordance with the schedule for face-to-face sessions. At the beginning of the week, an announcement would be sent specifying the videos to be viewed, the documents to be used and possibly the assignment to be carried out. In case of a problem of understanding, it would be possible to send an email for an explanation or a request for an appointment via Lifesize.
In case of red code, assignments should be completed with Excel 2016 minimum and the Windows 10 requirement would no longer be met (so MacOs would be accepted).
The 4 assignments would still be evaluated on 3 points each and therefore 12 points in total.
The exam is evaluated on 88 marks.
The january session exam will be organized as a distance MCQ exam.
For the june session and second session, the exam will be a computer exam (in the computer rooms of the school), if the sanatory conditions allow it, as initialy planned.

Assessment methods and criteria
Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.
Assessment tools :
A continuous assessment is based on homeworks proposed at the end of some modules. The students have to respect the deadlines. The objective is to verify that the students understand how the tools work, are able to realise an asked operation, and resolve cases. Further, it's a good preparation for the exam. The computers at school for the exam are equiped of Windows 10 and Excel 2016. So, you have to check your homeworks in the same environment before returning them.
Homework not returned on time and via LOl@ be automatically punished with a 0. No excuses will be accepted.
The computer-based exam takes place in the N1 computer rooms. It involves :
- the realization of an asked operation,
- using the adequate tool;
- the resolving of cases.
- continuous evaluation (4 personal homeworks) : 12 % (3% per homework)
- computer exam (mandatory in january and if failed, possibility to represent it in june or second session): 88 %
