Learning unit contents

This course aims at supporting students throughout their internship, and at helping them draft their internship report.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

This course is organised in different classes that will give students valuable advice to find an organisation for their internship, get in touch with it, negociate the internship and carry it out. They will also be instructed on what to include in the internship report and how to write it. A final debriefing class will be held in order to allow students to talk about their internship experience, the issues they might have encountered, etc. A specific class will also explain how to acquire professional experience in the field of development cooperation.

Organisational adjustments related to the current health context

If health measures require it, classroom sessions will switch to distance learning.
In this case, the seminar sessions will be given live on the collaborate platform (e-campus) in order to allow exchanges between teachers and students and to answer the various questions.

Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.
