The course is an approach to the Recruitment field. The different stages included in a recruitment process will be taught through the recruiter point of view and the applicant point of view.
Tools related to the process will be co-constructed and then worked
together with the contribution of the expertise of the teacher
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Thanks to his/her strong involvement in the course, the student will be able to :
- Write down a professional project and a mindmap of his/her skills
- Get a clear overview of jobs related to the studies in HR
- Write a great CV and a great application letter
- Analyse job applications as a recruiter
- Prepare all the steps before the job interview as a recruiter and an applicant
- Evaluate job skills required during the interview
- Go through the interview in a professional way and argue

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The pedagogical resources implemented as part of this training program will be at the same time of order of theoretical and practical contributions by scenarios. Through his experience, the trainer will promote the exchange of good practices to facilitate the appropriation of the content by the participants.

Teaching mode : face to face or virtual classroom if the covid situation requires it
Organisational adjustments related to the current health context
If the sanitory context requires it, we will switch to an hybrid organization of the course with activities at school and others on line. We will all be flexible to adapt in real time and to keep teaching attractive, participatory and friendly.
The evaluation methods will remain the same, namely a report to be returned at the end of the course and covering a whole series of questions. These questions could be revised depending on the activities that may or may not have been maintained.

The evaluation consists in processing and writing a report following the different questions submitted by the Teacher.
It is addressed to the teacher who notes the report.
