Physiology of high-level sport
1. Acute and chronic responses to exercise. 2. Recovery and performance. 3. Concept of sports biomechanics. 4. Hydration and physical activity. 5. Genetic and physical activity. 6. Biological monitoring of the athlete. 7. Physiology and training methodology.

the course content is: - Nutrition for training (macro and micronutrients needs) - Dietary supplements and ergogenic aids - Fluid requirements, hydration and exercice in the heat - Nutrition strategies for competition
