Schedule
Units courses prerequisite and corequisite
Prerequisite or corequisite units are presented within each program
Learning unit contents
The thesis is a research paper, that is, a written document, that meets the criteria for a scientific contribution, through which the student demonstrates his or her critical thinking.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
This thesis should be interdisciplinary. Consequently, the student is required to both investigate a legal issue in depth and consider a general management issue, the emphasis being, nonetheless, on the core discipline of the student's Master's.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Since the intention is for the work to be completed at the end of studies, it is supposed that the student has properly assimilated the courses given during his or her academic career.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)
Organisational adjustments related to the current health context
Recommended or required readings
Given the specificity of the work, there are no class notes.
Assessment methods and criteria
Below you will find information on the evaluation methods planned for in-person and remote exams as well as those planned for hybrid sessions. Depending on how the health crisis evolves, the chosen method will be communicated to you no later than one month before the start of the exam session.
The thesis is a written document of approximately 50 pages. The thesis is subject to a public oral defence.
The final evaluation takes account of the assessment of the written work and the oral defence.
