Learning unit contents

This course deals with the specific constructive stakes of the finishing work and the insertion of technical equipment in the building. 
While taking stock of the technical and normative realities relating to contemporary construction in Belgium, the course places these realities in a broader geographical and historical perspective that allows one to grasp the societal issues underlying their current adoption. 
Part 1 - (Active) techniques: networks and equipment

  • Sanitary Installations
  • HVAC Installations
  • Electrical and fire installations
Part 2 - The second work and completion
  • Vertical partitioning (fixed, dismountable and mobile partitions, against partition and ducts)
  • Interior carpentry (doors, windows, furniture)
  • Horizontal partitioning (floor and ceiling systems)
