Learning unit contents
The course proposes an introduction to the international cooperation and the humanitarian aid by offering first of all a panorama of the actors and contemporary stakes mobilising these sectors. The seminars also approach several current debates on cooperation sector.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
This course aims at familiarizing students with actors and stakes of development cooperation and humanitarian aid by approaching different topics. Students should also acquire some critical faculties.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course is mainly organised via a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC). This MOOC propose some podcast, quizz and debats.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning)
This course is organized for a large part on Internet (MOOC) and partly in the form of some face to face seminars.

Powerpoint files, quizz, test and complementary readings progressively distributed at each lesson.
Assessment methods and criteria
On going evaluation linked to the MOOC + Final Report.
Second session: written work, the concrete modalities of which are to be agreed with the teacher.

Adaptation of teaching commitments following the COVID-19 pandemic for the May-June 2020 session

Courses already organized largely at a distance and therefore little impacted by containment.
The few sessions of courses in the presence of students have been eliminated. The initially planned "World Café" has been replaced by a "Facebook live".
