Learning unit contents
- The 8 firts chapters of the book of Ph. Riutort, Précis de sociologie. Presses universitaires de France,fourth edition, 2017, Paris.
- Un reading portfolio available in Liège University Press shops.
- This course constitutes a general introduction to sociology, its paradigms and main authors. It will introduce students to this discipline by looking at the basic concepts and authors.

- Introduction to sociological theory and main authors.
- Presenting a history of sociology as a scientific discipline
- Positioning sociology within the social sciences.
- Understand the main paradigms and their scientific status.
- Read and understand texts (the portfolio) on mariage as a social institution

Adaptation of teaching commitments following the COVID-19 pandemic for the May-June 2020 session

Le cours ayant été donné au premier semestre, aucun cours n'est concerné par le confinement, à l'exception des "TP de rappel" qui devaient être organisés par l'élève monitrice et ne le seront pas. Un test en ligne sera cependant effectué avant l'examen qui aura lieu en ligne également sur une formule QCM à distance (e-campus). La matière est celle qui était définie pour l'examen de janvier. Les étudiants disposent des matériaux et des matières depuis la fin du premier semestre.

l'examen QCM est maintenu en ligne via e-campus selon l'horaire qui sera confirmé par la faculté.
merci de vous assurer un accès internet pour cette période de 3 heures (avec les marges de sécurité avant et après) . Un test en ligne sera organisé. Mais il est impossible de garantir que chacun soit en mesure de participer à ce test.
les questions , en nombre et en formulation, seront adaptées aux conditions de confinement, d'examen en ligne et de temps. L'examen proprement dit ne durera pas plus de deux heures.
Il est toujours utile de revoir les questions de janvier pour commencer vos révisions. Elles seront mises en ligne pour baliser vos échanges entre étudiants et vos coopérations qui sont plus utiles que jamais (avant l'examen et pas pendnant...;-)) mais sans les réponses!
