Learning unit contents

To create and use a methodology to identify necessary competencies to a job and behavioural anchors included in each competency.
To elaborate and validate situational judgement tests/work sample tests (either individual or collective, either oral or written) relevant to assess each competency which has been identify.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

To learn the selection process from criteria/competencies identification to the assessment of these criteria/competencies :
- How to identify the competencies relevant to a job : To develop a methodology
- How to create, develop and validate a a tool (situational judgement test or a work sample test) for assessing relevant identified competencies

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

For a given job :

1. identify relevant competencies

2. develop an evaluation tool

3. validate this tool

Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning)

The course includes a part of traditional lessons and a part of permanences to help students in their personal/collective work.
Attend to the classes is required.
For 2019-2020, the course is held exceptionally in Q1.
