Presentation of the international, European, federal and conventional normative framework for the well-being of workers and more particularly from the viewpoint of the psychosocial workload situations. In particular, analysis of the Act of 4 August 1996 related to the well-being of workers during the execution of their work and particularly its measures related to violence and moral and sexual harassment at work, the Royal Decree of 17 May 2007 related to the prevention of the psychosocial workload situations, including violence, moral or sexual harassment at work, the European Framework Agreement on Stress and the CCT No. 72 of 30 March 1999 related to the management of the prevention of work-related stress. Analysis of the case law that has been developed in the field of the psychosocial workload situations.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

Presentation of the normative and jurisprudential framework on psychosocial risks.

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

It is not necessary to have prerequisites since the objective of the course is to make legal provisions accessible.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Ex-cathedra presentations, reading shadows, case study, discussions.

Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning)

The presence during the course is essential.

Assessment methods and criteria

Written examination consisting in principle of one practical case and two theoretical questions.
