The programme of the Complementary Master's Degree in Risk Management and Well-being at Work is dedicated to future prevention advisors specialised in psychosocial aspects and ergonomics. It consists of a programme involving several teachers.
For the part given by Prof. Pohl, this course aims to lead students to master the different concepts related to organizational culture and change. The aim is to lead them to make a diagnosis of the organizational culture and the conditions that are favourable to culture changes by using different analysis grids. This course also aims to help students to develop a comprehension of the mechanisms of acceptance of innovation and change. A section is devoted to leadership. This course is presented in the form of a seminar that gives students the opportunity to participate actively.
