Adaptation of teaching commitments following the COVID-19 pandemic for the May-June 2020 session

Teaching methods implemented : distance-learning

The workshop sessions are organized via videoconference on Microsoft Teams. Each student sends the teachers the progress of their project each week according to a fixed schedule and has individual contact with the team of teachers during the workshop day scheduled.

Assessment subjects

Parc des Dominicains à Braine-le-Comte

Assessment methods

The evaluation is mainly done on the basis of presentation of graphic documents during videoconference juries. Part of the evaluation, of continuous type, relatesto the student's involvement and his ability to integrate criticism. In Q2, the weighting of the different activities is fixed as follows: 50% in continuous assessment (progress of the project and intermediate jury), 50% in the final jury. Intermediate and final discounts are the subject of an oral presentation before a jury by videoconference on Microsoft Teams. The mark obtained at the end of the workshop is final and is not subject to re-evaluation in the event of a second session. The student is required to present his progress reports to the teachers on a weekly basis. Failure to submit a project on the date and at the scheduled time results in the student not being allowed to present his project. If the absence and / or non-filing is due to force majeure, the student must inform the teachers concerned and provide them with proof within 48 hours.
