Learning unit contents
After presenting the reflexive approach to be developed when considering any form of training, the course will present how to adapt the different components of the training of the main physical qualities:
- Training of the dies.
- Speed ¿¿training
- Muscular training.
- Training flexibility.
The course will continue by presenting concrete examples of training and planning situations in the main sports:
- Athletic planning.
- Swimming planning
- Planning in team sports.
- Sports racket and combat sports planning
Some practical sessions will be realized to illustrate concretely the notions seen at the courses:
- Specific muscular work.
- Work of the specific speed.
- The work of endurance depending on the context.
- Intermittent work (integration in a collective sport).
- meetings will be organized with experts in physical training and training.
The students will complete 10 + 5H of observation training in two structures with physical preparation and evolving at least at a national level. They will have to observe at least one collective sport and one individual sport. They will be asked, as far as possible, to take charge of athletes during a part of the session.

The course discover the peculiarities of planning in major sports categories. It also seeks the reflexive approach.

Assessment methods and criteria
The theoretical examination is held in two sessions. The first part is a written test comprising a series of open questions. The answers require a mix of sports knowledge and reflection. the second part takes place one or two days and consists of an oral examination. Students then have the opportunity to improve their rating. It does not fluctuate by more than two points from the written note.
The practical assessment is done on various criteria: class attendance, motivation and quality of courses and internships completed reports.
Theoretical notes account for 80% of points. Note to practice 20%. A score lower than 9/20 in one party leads to a final score lower than 9/20.

15h course (10h + 5h) with two physical trainers. A team sport and an individual sport must be observed.

Adaptation of teaching commitments following the COVID-19 pandemic for the May-June 2020 session
Teaching methods implemented : distance-learning
A podcast course (racket sport) and longitudinal work to be done throughout Q2 (annual planning of a co sport or racket sport).
The teaching regularly sets appointments by videoconference with the students at each stage of the work in order to answer the students' questions.
Assessment subjects
The theoretical courses seen in Q2 (Sport co and football + racket sports and tennis)
The annual planning exercise carried out individually
Review the concepts related to the basics of training (chain training and muscle training) and the evaluation of athletes.
Assessment methods
Regarding the evaluation of the course, an adaptation is compulsory. Here is the distribution of points for the whole course
- Oral theoretical exam on your planning work and on the 3 theoretical courses given: 30% (May-June 2020)
- Completion of the annual planning: 50% (relevance of personal choice + justification: 10%; respect of deadlines: 20%; Execution of tasks requested: 20%; relevance of the content proposed according to the context: 50%)
- PP internship or substitute work: 20%
