Learning unit contents
The course will aim to present the peculiarities and planning rules of individual sports such as athletics, swimming and combat sports.
The objective will be to determine the physiological and constitutional characteristics related to each of these sports, but also to evoke the course of the competitions as well as the repercussions for the training. These basic elements are essential to be able to build reasoned planning in one of the given disciplines.
Students will need to be able to carry out basic planning in one of the detailed disciplines.
At the beginning of the year, students will choose a sports discipline that is not developed during the course and will have to present in small groups (two students) the essential descriptive elements in a maximum of 5 minutes.
Practical sessions will develop in the field some training components essential for the physical preparation of most sports such as cladding, proprioception, or intermittent training.
