Learning unit contents
This course is an in-depth description of judicial proceedings in which the notary is daily involved. Are successively studied : all enforcement proceedings where the notary has a role to play (enforcement on land property and mortgage, garnishee order, fiscal and social enforcement,...), seals, inventory, divorce, auction sale of land and distributions.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
This course is aimed at teaching future notaries and notary's assistants how to lead (and react to) the judicial proceedings they are involved in.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Belgian Judicial System and Judicial Proceedings, which are taught during Bachelor studies, are absolute prerequisites.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Teaching is ex cathedra.

This course is taught durant the second semester.
