Prerequisite or corequisite units are presented within each program

Learning unit contents

The course will focus on practical approaches for the production of compounds of biotechnological interest (biomass, proteins, metabolites) developed in the food and bio-pharmaceutical industries. The course will detail different examples of biotechnological applications based on the use of microorganisms (yeasts, bacteria).

Learning outcomes of the learning unit
