Learning unit contents
The seminar is a continuation of the ARCH-1845 course: Criminality and territory - theoretical approach. Its aim is to develop and go deeper into certain subjects introduced in the previous theoretical approach. (For course details, please refer to the ARCH-1845 course).
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The aim of this seminar is to allow students, on an individual basis, to develop a particular aspect of the theoretical subject studied, particularly in reference to their final piece of work. The seminar is therefore first and foremost aimed at students who are doing a final piece of work relating to these subjects (criminality and territory). The seminar thus aims to support students in the formulation of a relevant question linking territory and criminality, to elaborate a state of the art and structured bibliography, and produce a synthesis in the form of a paper. The subjects dealt with are chosen by the student and assigned at the beginning of the seminar. The aim of the work sessions is also to familiarise students with research tools.
