Attention, the success of the modular teaching unit is only guaranteed if each of the teaching subunits is successful.
In all other cases, the jury will be sovereign. If a teaching subunit fails, the modular unit is failed without calculating the average.
If each subunit of instruction is successful, the average of the unit of instruction will be based on a weighting respecting the hourly volume of each subunit.
The grade of each successful subunit of teaching will be reported from one session to another within the same academic year

Adaptation of teaching commitments following the COVID-19 pandemic for the May-June 2020 session
Teaching methods implemented : distance-learning
Construction 3B
The courses given from March 16 onwards are posted on eCampus in a podcast and a pdf version. The contents of the last two chapters have been condensed to free up time for the development of individual work which is the support for evaluation but also a means of active learning. Collective meetings by videoconference will be organized to discuss the development of this work. Finally, forums (one transversal and one per chapter) have been set up on eCampus so that students can ask any question related to the course. These forums also operate in a logic of active pedagogy. It is the students who ask the questions but also provide answers to the questions. Ideally, the teacher only intervenes in the background to validate or redirect the answers provided.

Distance education is included in the audio recordings.
Assessment subjects
Construction 3B
The evaluation will focus on the understanding and application of the following elements : - Socio-technical dynamics; - The inscription and implication of these dynamics in the fields of architecture and inhabitation; - Theoretical contents relating to the concepts of designed space and living space; - The impact of technical systems on architectural and living culture; - The contributions, limitations and questions relating to the relationship to technical systems in the production of energy-efficient buildings.

Assessment methods
Construction 3B
The evaluation will be made on the basis of an individual written work of 6,000 to 8,000 signs including spaces and illustrated by graphic supports (sides, photos...), without oral defence. It must be submitted on eCampus at the latest on the date of the examination, the timetable of which will be communicated by the Faculty. This work will consist of a case study whose main problem will be left to the students to choose among different proposals made by the teacher. Each proposed problem refers to a specific part of the course and is supported by a reference support (a text or a video). This work will be assessed in the light of : - The complex comprehension of the reference text (content, approach, objectives...); - The inscription of the remarks in a sociotechnical reading of architecture and/or living in it; - The mobilization of the theoretical contents of the course relevant to the analyzed case; - The care given to the form (spelling, syntax, structure of the subject, descriptive quality...). In addition, active participation in the forums is encouraged by "bonus points", i.e. points that will be added to the examination mark. These bonus points can represent a maximum of 10% of the overall score (2/20) added to the score of the work to be delivered. Half a bonus point (0.5/20) will be awarded to any student who provides a correct answer to a question asked by another student (other than a copy/paste of part of the course material).
