Plasma concentration over time after iv bolus and continuous infusion
context-sensitive half time
mechanisms of drug elimination
 
Have a basic knowledge of the pharmacological properties of the following drugs:



Propofol
Midazolam
Fentanyl, sufentanil, alfentanil et remifentanil
Volatile anesthetics
neuromuscular blocking agents
Natural and synthetic cathecholamines
Non-cathecolamine sympathicomimetics
inodalators
