Learning unit contents
The social inequalities in health will be addressed first, in a sociological approach (influence of socio-economic conditions, gender ...) and secondly, in a public health approach (how the health promotion sector can help reduce social inequalities in health?). Two illustrations of the field will also be offered. Finally, a particular concept, health literacy, will be detailed in connection with health inequalities.
