Learning unit contents

Development of the « savoir-être » of future executives as people managers. In other words : to teach him to communicate better, to run a team, to negotiate, to be in charge of people. To evaluate the participation of the students in groupes organized in differents courses. Attitudes contributing in developing a good communication-assertiveness and conflict management - Meeting running & teamwork - The role of the organizer, preparation & follow-up, meetings : success factors - Organizing team work. Participative management : Participative management by objectives.
